The hotel is in the perfect center of York townsite, with clean and comfortable rooms, although the double size bed was a bit unusual. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of town, but there were some noise issues with the air conditioning resembling a cement mixer. The service was generally polite and courteous, despite some initial disruption.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was perfect for a friend getaway with a fantastic spa bath and balcony. The detailed instructions on accessing the room made it a breeze, and being next door was super convenient. The service was top-notch, with a stand-alone time-share owner who was incredibly courteous and apologetic for any inconvenience. The location was superb, with a real heritage feel and being right in the heart of York but tucked away from the main street, offering peace and quiet while still being close to all the action. The dining experience in the morning Winter sun was delightful, and the grilled meat was excellent. The facilities were just what I needed for a relaxing stay.
